Friday, October 25^th:

4:00 – 5:15 – Workshop registration

5:30 – 6:45 PM – Supper –   (Please note, any food allergies need to be communicated by October 10th)

6:45 – 7:00 PM – Late registrations and Free time to allow staff to clear tables

7:00 – 7:30 – Welcome and Introductions

7:30 PM Annual Meeting

Reports have been printed for your convenience.  Please read over reports prior to the meeting as they will not be read during the meeting.  Only the minutes of last year’s meeting will be read.

Meeting – When the annual meeting is over the board will be gone for about half an hour but will return for introductions of the new Board of Directors and their designations.

Free time – jamming in the Parlor (across the hall).  Anyone with musical instruments is welcome to play and sing together. There is no alcohol allowed at the Jamming due to liability concerns for PEI Community School and the facility. Any drinks can be consumed at the bar or in your room only.

Reminder there is no smoking inside the building or on the property.

Silent Auction – There are plans to have a silent auction.  We encourage participants to bring something for the silent auction.

Saturday – October 26^th:

7:00 – 8:30 AM –         Breakfast – Full buffet breakfast

8:30 – 9:00 AM –         Registration for Saturday arrivals AND registration for the morning sessions

9:00 – 9:15 AM –         Announcements and Guest Speaker

9:15 – 11:30 AM –      Sessions (morning only)

11:30 – Check out of room

The PEI Association of Community Schools is covering the full cost of this workshop as a means of making it accessible to committee members of our association. Your participation is integral to the Association’s ability to do its job. We do have a few guidelines that we ask participants to abide by in order to make this event as effective and as pleasurable as possible for all involved:

• Please return your registration form by October 10th so that we can ensure that there are enough rooms and food for all in attendance.
• Note that this is a peanut-free gathering.
• We hope the sessions are of interest to you.  However, sub-conversations happening in a large room full of people while someone is speaking/presenting only diminish the value of the event for everyone involved.
